You mean the seller needs.
Buyers can find the QR codes from their Purcbase History, on the left of the sales record is a drop down menu>> View Order details, the code is in the order details.
If it is not present, you can inform the seller, That it is not mandatory to use that code. Indeed, many sellers do not use the app to run their seller accounts, and that is needed here for that code.
So, they need to either go right of the item sold to More Actions, and there select Mark as Paid, and Mark as Dispatched.
Or, if on the Seller Hub page, go to Orders>> Awaiting Postage >> Print Postage Label, click on the item, and the instructions are top left of the page.
A desktop browser, not a mobile browser, or an app is needed to manage this.
