item specifics

I've been listing a collection of maps and other items for some time but suddenly I'm getting messages that required specifics are needed on some of my listings. In every case the item is one of the maps and each one's title is in this style -

OS Landranger Map (number) (area covered)

listed under Books, Comics & Magazines>Textbooks, Education & Reference>Maps & Atlases which is where I've been listing other maps for some time. Maybe there is a better category to use? Is there?

and the message is that I need to add - Author, Publication Name, Type required

How can I complete these specifics - maps do not have an Author and the Publication Name and Type are both in the title. I'm even being asked, under recommended specifics, for the name of the German federal state the product references which is impossible as they're all UK.

I've already, in recommended specifics, entered (Series) Ordnance Survey, (Country) United Kingdom, and (Map Scale) 1:50,000. Surely everything I need, as a minimum, is there.

Yes, very little thought has been given to Item Specifics, seems designed by someone who has never had to put in rubbish answers just because ebay wants the box ticked. I find that UNKNOWN is the most frequent answer.

I have a small book, which it now wants Author in Item Specifics, does anyone list a book without putting the Author in the title. Why Duplicate.
