I have not received a refund for a damaged item what shsould I do
Without know WHAT if anything you have already done, it is difficult.
IF YOU FOLLOWED the Money Back Guarantee, top right of EVERY listing you would have opened a Not As Described Case, seller provides a Reply Paid Label and on proof of delivery to seller, they refund. If they don't you escalate to ebay.
Which if any of the above have you done?
