Hi guys, I'm relatively new to selling and would like some advice. A buyer bought very old iphone, worked when I sent as I had to wipe all my data, buyer now asking for refund as says not working and stated "even screws were rusting"?! Means they have probably now damaged it beyond anyones use. So, as under £20, I intend to refund in full and then block them as not worth losing more money paying for them to send it back. Am taking this as a learning process but have some questions:- Buyer has 100% feedback over 150 received in last year, except they have only been a member for 6 months? How can they do this? A lot of their feedback is day item after item (10 or so) bought by the same buyer, coincidently based in the same town? And lastly, is there any way to include a 'video' in your listing to prove your item is 'working'? Otherwise, in future, I will only sell 'non-working' items and cover mysel! Many thanks
