I've sent an offer to a customer who wanted 2 of my listings to be sent as one. Rather than create a new listing, the following information was provided: --------------------------------------- This price is to include Formula One 2001, 2002, 2004-2006 (5 games). The other two games, Formula One 2001 + 2002 are listed as eBay item number ********* (redacted for customer privacy) Also included is the postage (Royal Mail 1st class International economy). To be sent to a US address to be specified by the customer. --------------------------------------- I received the following error message:  We've noticed that your offer included some contact information. We don't allow email addresses, phone numbers or URLs in offer communications. I've tried taking out the item number but the message still remains. Does it think that the years are phone numbers? Hi guys, I'm relatively new  to selling and would like some advice. A buyer bought very old iphone, worked when I sent as I had to wipe all my data, buyer now asking for refund as says not working and stated "even screws were rusting"?!    Means they have probably now damaged it beyond anyones use.    So, as under £20, I intend to refund in full and then block them as not worth losing more money paying for them to send it back.   Am taking this as a learning process but have some questions:- Buyer has 100% feedback over 150 received in last year, except they have only been a member for 6 months?  How can they do this? A lot of their feedback is day item after item (10 or so) bought by the same buyer, coincidently based in the same town?     And lastly, is there any way to include a 'video' in your listing to prove your item is  'working'? Just sold my first item on eBay.  The seller has asked for Transaction Details and a VAT Invoice.  The only reference to transaction details on EBay help, I can find relates to PayPal, but I don’t think my buyer paid using PayPal because there’s no details on my account.  Do you think printing the View Order Details on EBay will be ok? So I just need to get this out there, there is an eBay seller who is word marking individual descriptive words with the aim of preventing anyone selling anything at all on eBay to do with the trade of the paranormal literally every single word ....I can't believe eBay are happy with 1 person having control and monopoly and the right to have all listings removed that contain any of the words he's applied to word Mark. Hi, can anyone please tell me if there is anything I can do as I bided on an item, then won it, and I paid within an hour of the auction ending. I then got a message to say the seller cancelled the order and the eBay message given was "item out of stock or the item is damaged". The item was listed as new and the photo showed this as it was still in its box. And the item couldn't be out of stock as it was just from a single seller not a business. I'm really confused?? I think the seller has changed her mind about selling the item as it didn't make that much money, but surely that goes against the spirit of eBay and auctioning?? Can anyone advise anything please? I need to return an item- I emailed the seller , who sent me an email with the returns address - I then started the returns process officially thru eBay.......(this is the problem!) .... the returns address in the returns process is a different returns address, so if I continue and return to the address told to me by the seller what happens if my parcel 'goes missing' , am I covered ?  ... Hi all This the second time I have had trouble with Item In a listing that has said Item location London and in description UK,   Totaly untrue, given a so called tracking number but I think it is only a postage intent number from Royal Mail.  Can anything be done to stop these misleading listings, Item is coming from China I am sure Thanks and stay safe                                                   John ...
