Transaction Details and Vat Invoice?

Just sold my first item on eBay.  The seller has asked for Transaction Details and a VAT Invoice.  The only reference to transaction details on EBay help, I can find relates to PayPal, but I don’t think my buyer paid using PayPal because there’s no details on my account.  Do you think printing the View Order Details on EBay will be ok?

Regarding a VAT Invoice, I’m a private seller so I don’t think I can do that, is that correct?

You are a private seller, so can't give VAT invoice,

buyer can print off paypal payment copy.
