How do I report what I think is a bogus seller (i.e. criminal)

Seller has a feedback of 5 people .. but he / she is listing 1,709 items all with the same description. 

Seems dodgy to me. 

How do I get ebay to investigate this?

There is a report link on every listing, part way down on the right,

It looks like a hacked account. All those listings will be bogus. I have reported one of them and you can do the same. Ue the report button on each listing, 'Listing Practises' >> Suspected fraudulent listing. 

The more reports ebay gets the better.
