An item that I have just bought, namely a bicycle freewheel was listed using stock pictures of a high quality item manufactured by Shimano. The Shimano branding is clear in the pictures. The item listing mentioned the Shimano part number but did not claim that the item was the one shown in the pictures in the listing. The item that has been received is a cheap and nasty copy of the original made by some unknown manufacturer. My customer opened a case as the item had not been received, I issued a full refund which has taken place but the item has now turned up and the customer wishes to pay. I am unable to send banking info due to ebay rules.  How can i collect this payment from my customer? ... View more

Hi everyone, I have bought and collected something in person and it's all good, perfect transaction, but now I don't have the option to leave feedback? - the listed says 'dispatched' - buyer asked me for a 6 digit code (that they apparently should have entered) but neither eBay nor PayPal (we did pay online before collection) sent any such code and the buyer seems to have moved it to dispatched anyway? Hi All, I am looking to try to connect with an Ebay advisor as when I requested the call back I just receive random emails saying they could not reach my number and I need to amend my number - which ofcourse is not the case as my number is stored correctly. I bought an item days off a lockdown which did not arrive and no-one is responding - not the seller or ebay customer support. Does anyone have any ideas how I can rectify this? Thanks ... View more

Hi can any one answer this I have posted two items to different addresses in Wales have had to refund both as one never arrived and the other was delayed because of the value I paid for postage label brought on eBay 2nd Class signed for Royal Mail this item was weighed and excepted at the post office but recipient said she had to pay 3.50 extra to collect this in total the cost of postage for this item was over £6 , I wanted to reemburse the lady the extra cost but couldn't do it so I had to refund her the whole amount which came to £15  so in fact she only paid £3.50p for her item I am a bit upset about this and I want to know how and if I can exclude buyers from Wales from bidding or purchasing from me as I don't need the hassle .
