How many days are you supposed to wait before the seller send the item. Been waiting a week now for the seller to send the item

There should be a dispatch time on the listing to give you an idea.   Also an esimated delivery date.   If that has passed you can open a case to get a refund.    Select "I haven't received it yet" on here:

and escalate after 3 business days.
