Bidder identification not shown

Bidders eBay id shown on bids list, but not shown as highest bidder of item auction page. So,I can't see details  as to where they are located or their feedback rating.  Any ideas ?

OK - now found member using Feedback Forum: Find Member facility.

Now pleased that ID is genuine eBay member - but still not showing up on auction page as highest bidder,
