eBay

Hi there. Was hoping to get some advice from you all.   I contacted ebay earlier today to explain I have been charged 15-18% final value fees. This is something I've only noticed since Ebay took PayPal out of the equation as I can now see a transaction summary - this may have been happening for a lot longer without my knowledge. Unfortunately, they weren't interested in helping, just repeated that the fee was 10% not including additional services.   I'll include some transaction examples here... Order total - final value fee (%)  £6 - £1.07 (17.8%) £10.38 - £1.63 (15.7%) £8.70 - £1.41 (16.20%) £7 - £1.20 (17.1%)     The order totals include postage costs - I fully accept I need to pay a fee on the overall value not just the profits made.
