I am feeling offended from a seller, please can you do something

I am finding it difficult to read it but did you receive an item that was damaged?.

You dont need to talk to him

If that is not the problem come back

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

You are also covered by the paypal money back guarantee if you paid that way.

If you fail on ebay then you open the dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 day

That is an awful lot of feedback for both parties over £3.79.

If you are unhappy with the  item, you are covered by the ebay MBG - although it is usual to deploy this before leaving feedback.  You can still use it though and the seller will be forced to refund - regardless of who damaged the item, unfortunately.

If your question is indeed that you are offended, then sorry but the MBG does not cover hurt feelings.
