I had until April 17 to add a return tracking number to the seller of the damaged product April 17 at 10.30 am Ebay had already closed the case And during this time I sent the item to the seller and I have no refund until today

I  suspect  that you decided on some do-it-yourself method of return.  If you use eBay's sytem you are supplied with a label with tracking which is picked up as it goes into Royal Mail system.  When the system shows "attempted delivery" then you get a refund.

If however you missed an eBay deadline then there is nothing you can do with eBay.  They are very strict [some  might say ruthless]

If the case is closed you may be able to open a case with Paypal. Open a case and escalate it after 2 day and before 20 days.  Again time limits are strict
