when I tried to go through the returns procedure the only way I could get the refund was by agreeing to EBay charging my PayPal account forever instead of my preferred way of paying, I,e. Hello I wondered if anyone can help. I have had an item delivered to me but it is a complete fake when in the advert it was stated genuine. I have tried to contact the seller but no response. I started a return but then cancelled it as I dont see why i should pay to send it back when it was falsely sold, and also if i send it back i very much doubt they will refund me. For approximately four weeks Ebay have been withholding money due to me because I haven't updated my information. Even though I have spoken to 9 or 10 different Ebay employees and explained to them that I don't have the required ID I am still in the same position. I am being made to feel like I'm a criminal even though I haven't done anything. Every time I phone I get the same runaround and last night after being on the phone with 2 different people I was told I would get a callback from a supervisor within an hour. This didn't happen. I did receive two messages at 4.06am telling me what information was required to update my account! Hi there! The item I ordered is 3 days late and i checked that the seller is not registered on Ebay anymore (?!) I just sent a question to them if they can confirm the item was sent but not sure what else I can do. I understand as my case is open i need to wait for Ebay to setp in if the seller will not react. As of today, there is no longer an option to print a VAT invoice for my business customers. The 'sales receipt option tells the customer that 20%VAT is included, but it is not itemised. In addition our VAT number is no longer shown on the sales receipt, so it would not be valid for VAT purposes. Any suggestions?
