As of today, there is no longer an option to print a VAT invoice for my business customers. The 'sales receipt option tells the customer that 20%VAT is included, but it is not itemised. In addition our VAT number is no longer shown on the sales receipt, so it would not be valid for VAT purposes.
Any suggestions?
(No longer able to talk to an ebay agent as my shop subscription doesn't include this any more 😞 )
