For approximately four weeks Ebay have been withholding money due to me because I haven't updated my information. Even though I have spoken to 9 or 10 different Ebay employees and explained to them that I don't have the required ID I am still in the same position. I am being made to feel like I'm a criminal even though I haven't done anything. Every time I phone I get the same runaround and last night after being on the phone with 2 different people I was told I would get a callback from a supervisor within an hour. This didn't happen. I did receive two messages at 4.06am telling me what information was required to update my account! At this time I am feeling very much discriminated against and a victim for no reason whatsoever!
