Hi, so I sold a pair of Yeezy trainers. Anyway the buyer apparently bought them by accident so asked for a return.  before I had chance to do anything EBay accepted and refunded the buyer before the trainers were sent back. I've been on eBay 17 years and have 860 odd positive feedback so would have had no problem dealing with Thisbe I have done many times.   Anyway eBay has somehow lost my trainers at their new authentication centre. This hasn't stoped them keeping all the money for the next item I sold and are now chasing me mercilessly for the balance of the refund, of course they have not deducted the commission they made on the original sell of the Yeezys. I have been slowly removing all my listings from eBay as I personally think they have recently massively gone down hill.  They also deduct on average 15% from my sells but when I spoke to an advisor he insisted that commission is always less than 10%. Hi. So I want to buy an item but the picture is not clear and want to ask the seller for another photo. I can buy now the item... but cannot ask a question about the item and get this message:   "We’ve restricted your account because you have used the eBay platform repeatedly to share contact info prior to completing a transaction or completing transactions outside of eBay.  You can’t send messages to other members unless you have had a recent transaction with them. Please see the policy message from eBay. "   I was never notified I got restricted. Support is saying it was in March but will not say why. I checked the sent msg and there is no info I send to my buyers at the time other than the UPS tracking number they asked for. I did nothing wrong and got restricted and support is saying it is permanent...   So again I can buy the item and be disappointed with it and return in... but not ask a question to prevent it and cannot remove this pointels restriction.... Even more crazy is that support is saying I can ask a question to a seller AFTER I buy the item....   Support refuses to transfer me to someone who can help me just say its permanent and no prove why ....   Can someone help me please i just want ot use ebay... 100% positive 200+ account btw   Thank you       ...
