Hi  I have been watching a seller since June on their page it shows 100% Positive. However when you check their feedback they have some negatives, first time i looked there was 4 some of these have been removed. I left a negative completely honest nothing rude or malicious and able to back everthing from emails beetween us, yet this was also removed i have called EBay four times reference this still no reply. Hello I had an item for sale on bid, after a day and 6 days left someone contact me with the request of a buy now price, we agreed a price so I cancelled the listing and relisted the item with a buy now option. Hi hope someone can enlighten me here please? I recently listed an Iphone, I listed as 'parts or not working' and 'spares or repairs', the buyer received phone and immediately started a returns request sayin item was not as described, I explained it was listed honestly and fairly and stated the were no returns.  The buyer has sent numerous messages saying the phone 'doesnt do this and the phone doesnt do that, it is rubbish, nothing is good' they have now left me negative feedback and ebay have asked me to accept the reutrns! Hi. I have asked eBay to intervene and explained that I have returned a faulty item (I have proof of posting). The seller said in an email Via eBay messages, that they would refund the amount paid. I returned the item but no refund was issued and the seller didn’t respond to my last email. I asked eBay to intervene. They said they found in my favour and would refund on the return of the item. Problem is, I’ve already returned it over a week before I opened a dispute. I don’t have it, the seller does. Who do I contact to tell them I can’t carry out their instruction as it’s already been returned? I’ve tried a ‘return email’ but no joy. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. ... View more
