I agreed with seller to send an item back and seller has sent a refund. I recieved email about cancellation and a refund but nowt as yet. This was a week ago. Will it take longer ?

Yes if you paid by Card. It can take a few days to Return to your Bank if you paid by Debit Card and 30 days if it was a Credit Card.
