There is no option for collection only on the drop down menu since this new postage policy can anyone help please

Ideally, get Cash for collection items and set your Collect/Post/Shipping method in the link below (accept PayPay only if a buyer insists (with the exception of Vehicles ) = > No 21 day payment holds /PayPal fees/ Chargebacks / or later claims for damage/not received etc. ... just use More actions to mark as paid/despatched >
