cancel my bid

good morning , could anyone please help me how to cancel my bid , i bided on a wrong item .. i contacted the seller already and he knows about it

Go to Help and Contact at the top of the Page and type in "Retract My Bid."

yes i have done this .. but there is only 3 option .. my reason is i bided on an wrong item which is print and not original as its mentioned on the post , .. the issue is when i click on option 3 ( other reason ) its takes me to contact the seller !!! which i contacted already


option 1 is ( the discreptiin has been chaged after my bid

option 2 , ( i entrered the wrong amound )


what can i do please
