Ebay refunded my buyer

Is there an appeal process? I sent an iPhone to Sri Lanka and the buyer said I sent an iPhone 5 and it was an iPhone 7 that I sent. Ebay refunded the buyer £200! It’s clearly a scam. If I’d got the phone back it would not have been my phone I received!

You can Contact Ebay from Help and Contact at the top of the Page. I doubt you will get anywhere with an Appeal though. Didn't you realise what a risk it was Shipping an IPhone outside of the UK?
