A seller told me the item I bought was out of stock, and could he give me a refund, which I agreed. And he didn't want unfavourable feedback. I was then sent a message by ebay saying he was refunding my money because of a problem with the delivery address. However the seller has the same items for sale on multiple selling positions for almost double the cost, he was lying, he has these items for sale in his shop, and didn't want to sell to me for less, I wouldn't mind but he used me as an excuse. I recently sold two guitars but the 12% Final Value Fees mean that I have undersold both items.  Effectively, my experience has been that I got the money back for one and gave the other away!  At the time I had free listings and thought I would get all the money paid by the buyer (as happened through Paypal). I think it is misleading to give free listings without making much clearer that ebay still charge a Final Value Fee on a sold item. I want to be able to contact ebay as I want to contact a seller regarding a purchase I made in January. I beleive the item was mis-sold to me but I did not discover this until after 90 days. I want to contact the seller but am unable to do so online because it is over 90 days since purchase. I rang the phone number of the seller which was provided on the ebay page but was told by the person on the other end that it is no longer the right phone number.  I want to contact ebay but have found no way to do so. I won a bidding at close of auction.  The seller now took item off stating buyer asked to cancel.  I won the bid and want item to be sent to me.
