Hi hoping someone can help as the assisted char has me going in loops, I purchased a van last year and the seller has yet to send off the his bit of the registration so is still in his name. I cannot click the advert in the purchase history to see his contact details. Any advise on this would be much appreciated.

Unless you know his ID or you or he left feedback then you may have a problem. With the ID you can use advanced search but surely it is in your purchase history. Purchases are shown back to 2019, drop down menu top right of purchases.
You should have sent the form off, as it stands you could get Parking Tickets and Speeding Fines as you are the Registered keeper still.
