Have you never read that once left YOU CANNOT CHANGE feedback.

In the case of negatives the seller has  to send you a request to amend. They can find the link at the bottom of their Feedback Page.

DON'T amend on a Promise, only if you are fully satisfied do you amend a Negative.

Ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision request.   If they don't know how tell them to go to My eBay > Site Map, very bottom of page > scroll down past the categories, to Feedback > Request Feedback Revision.
