I want to be able to contact ebay as I want to contact a seller regarding a purchase I made in January. I beleive the item was mis-sold to me but I did not discover this until after 90 days. I want to contact the seller but am unable to do so online because it is over 90 days since purchase. I rang the phone number of the seller which was provided on the ebay page but was told by the person on the other end that it is no longer the right phone number. I want to contact ebay but have found no way to do so. I wanted to send an email but am unable to complete the process as you are asked for specifics of the problem and none of the options match my specific problem.
Was the seller a business in the UK? If so and if it was their business number you called, you could report them to ebay for incorrect contact information.
If your problem is a warranty one, there is no warranties on ebay but again, if you purchased from a business seller you may have consumer rights in which case get in touch with CAB.
As the Money Back Guarantee is ONLY FOR 30 Days, don't waste your time.
