Hi all,           I saw a listing that had several art items in it. I didnt want them all and asked the seller if he would  split it up and he agreed. I agreed a price and he said he put tem on as buy it now. Well when i went to look at it there was no way for me to pay. However, someone else managed to pay whilst I emailed the gy back....he will now not honour our agreemneet and says thats life and I was too slow which is a lie....ebay shuld have poweres to cancel the transaction amidst the agreement I reached with the seller...what can I do? ... eBay gave seller my 'registered address' rather than 'delivery address' so my purchase is due to be sent to the wrong place.  The seller is trying to retrieve the parcel and send it to the correct delivery address.  I see no way to complain to eBay about their mistake.  Is there a suitable contact point? ... Hi guys and girls     Im wondering, i have a listing for sale that is very clearly displayed as collection only.   I was contacted via message asking if i would post to sweden which i refused stating it was collection only.   The ebayer then placed a bid and has not responded to further correspondence. Looking at his profile he has no feedback and i suspect it may be a fake account.    If i ended the listing will it negatively affect me as a seller? I purchased an item and when it arrived, it was not fit for consumption and I believe I had been misled. I gave the seller 1 star and an explanation. The seller contacted me to say ebay had removed my feedback. EBay did not contact me about this. I am now led to believe that the 5 star rating system is inaccurate. If sellers can have bad feedback removed, then I have no faith in ebay. Sellers cannot represent themselves as genuine when they can have feedback removed. In may I sold a jigsaw   it was paid for and I got excellent feedback,   Very recently I recieved an email from ebay  saying the customer did`nt recognise the sale,  I provided tracking no as asked   and apparently the case is closed , the customer used an outside  company to get a refund.  I had no notice of this and  apparently they can take up to £19 plus from My bank account.............the sale was for £3-20.    This is dangerous for sellers ... I'm sick to death of all the fake goods on ebay and ebay removing valid feedback from unscrupulous sellers. During a live chat i removed all consent to ebay contactinge in any way. I also gave them 28 days to remove all my personal data ie phone numbers, payment methods, address etc etc.    If ebay refuse to do this in the timescale are they breaching gdpr regulations and can i sue their little fake socks off?  ...
