Refund

In may I sold a jigsaw   it was paid for and I got excellent feedback,   Very recently I recieved an email from ebay  saying the customer did`nt recognise the sale,  I provided tracking no as asked   and apparently the case is closed , the customer used an outside  company to get a refund.  I had no notice of this and  apparently they can take up to £19 plus from My bank account.............the sale was for £3-20.    This is dangerous for sellers

You are right it is dangerous for sellers.

If you have tracking or 16 digit code then it would be recongnised by ebay or paypal

If someone else ( not sure who else they could use) then hard to say how they deal with it.

It can happen with ebay and paypal and if it is a chargeback then as you say you get charged usually about £15. Was there nowhere to put the tracking on to prove Delivered
