I sold my car and the buyer was paying on collection, however, after being stringed along for several days the buyer didn't appear so obviously didn't pay. I now have to readvertise so will I have to pay ebay fees again?
The first thing to do is to use eBay's new procedure to cancel a sale where the buyer didn't pay, see: https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Announcements/New-cancel-function-for-unpaid-items/ba-p/6939127
Your final value fee will then be refunded (but not your listing fee). The buyer will receive a non-payment strike, and be blocked from leaving feedback.
See eBay's new system to cancel teh sale for non-payment. Do so. You will be cahrged the listing fee.
If you relist consider using a classified so that they can view.
No one surely would buy a car without viewing. It costs £20 odd with no further fee on sale
You can cancel the transaction with reason: Buyer didn't pay, see this link
New cancel function for unpaid items - The eBay Community
You will get your selling fees returned
When you list the car again have a look at Classified listings as you will only pay one listing fee and there are no more charges after that. Try typing Classified ads into help and contact.
