eBay gave seller my 'registered address' rather than 'delivery address' so my purchase is due to be sent to the wrong place. The seller is trying to retrieve the parcel and send it to the correct delivery address. I see no way to complain to eBay about their mistake. Is there a suitable contact point?
ebay always give the registered address first, with a note saying don't post to this address wait for the address with the payment,
the seller clearly didn't wait for the payment address,
or you didn't change the address when you made your payment
