I'm sick to death of all the fake goods on ebay and ebay removing valid feedback from unscrupulous sellers. During a live chat i removed all consent to ebay contactinge in any way. I also gave them 28 days to remove all my personal data ie phone numbers, payment methods, address etc etc. 

If ebay refuse to do this in the timescale are they breaching gdpr regulations and can i sue their little fake socks off?

Can you elaborate why ebay law supercedes the gdpr legislation?
