Hi, Because of COVID situation, packages tend to take longer times to arrive.  Because of that I let the 60 days pass to give time for item to arrive (estimated delivery end date is 4th August) How can I leave feedback now that the 60 days passed (and item still didn't arrive and seller only wants to resend it and I don't want to pay additional taxes (EU) ? Hello,  I have been waiting for a buyer to return an item for almost 4 weeks now.  I have been patient, as her initial email was very brusque!  However, today, Ebay have said that she has returned the item and I need to send the refund.  I have not received the item and having sent her a message, she has said that she intends to post it today!  Where do I stand?  I imagine that Ebay are going to send her the refund without my say-so and she may or may not send the item. ... Hi I was wondering if anyone has any advice. I sold an item of furniture about 3 weeks ago, it has all been paid for but has still not been collected. I contacted the buyer and he said he was away for a week so I expected to hear from him on his return. I sent 2 messages within the second week to which he eventually replied that he would possibly collect the following Wednesday and would contact me on the Tuesday. I had to reply that I would be working then and sent a list of times that I would be available. I am trying to alert eBay to this incident so they can set a safety warning but how? This solar light was on an East facing (not South facing) wall so just the morning sun for a few hours. Please help me, I had an order that was already a week late being delivered, on the day I specifically asked for parcel to be left with a neighbour as I wouldn't trust my area for something that expensive to be left without being signed for. The driver emptied my box outside and left parcel in it , with a notification that it was signed for by me. (Since then driver has denied emptying my pots and hoses from it, so they are a liar as well as being a bad delivery driver) Nothing through the door to let me know. eBay and dhl say it was misdelivered but I still haven't had my £275 back and this is from the 7th June 2021. They put a 'white glove' on my account and said that it would be sorted finally by the 21st July. It's the 22nd today.What can I do to get my money back please?
