Hello, I have been waiting for a buyer to return an item for almost 4 weeks now. I have been patient, as her initial email was very brusque! However, today, Ebay have said that she has returned the item and I need to send the refund. I have not received the item and having sent her a message, she has said that she intends to post it today! Where do I stand? I imagine that Ebay are going to send her the refund without my say-so and she may or may not send the item.
