Returning an item

I am returning an item purchased but haven't used the return label used by the seller.  It wont give me the option to enter my track number anywhere because of the sellers return label ( which I have not used).  How do I enter my details in?

You will have to contact ebay and ask them to change it for you

When a label is provided then that tracking is put on stright away.
