I've just had to contact eBay about a veiled threat from a member. A CS representative phoned me and looked through the messages and agreed that it was very concerning. The representative says the member will be removed from eBay and I should also block them then they will not be able to access my details. Is this correct as I have just made a purchase from this member recently? Grateful fir any replys

i`ve sold an item under GSP. Items posted and received at depot. I cant mark item as dispatched on my site. Nothing happens when I press item dispatched button but the item paid for/please post still keeps showing. Any ideas how to fix or how to contact Ebay about this issue.

Hi, Is anyone else having this problem. When I'm searching for a 45" record, I go to filter to select category but music/records doesn't come up as an option. It just goes immediately to 'All Categories' with no other option?!

I bought an SSD Drive ITB which was not what it stated it was a 256 drive so i used the return slip ebay provided. The seller qhxawp378 The post office returned the item back to my address. With a message seller is not known at this address. so what do i do now? to get £54 back. There is no one working on ebay to speak to. I have a current coupon active with a 20% discount shop wide and was wondering if i sent a buyer an offer on an item they are watching for 30% off can the buyer then use the coupon for a further 20% off? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
