marking item as dispatched

i`ve sold an item under GSP. Items posted and received at depot. I cant mark item as dispatched on my site. Nothing happens when I press item dispatched button but the item paid for/please post still keeps showing. Any ideas how to fix or how to contact Ebay about this issue.

Have you put the tracking to the hub onto the item as that should automatically mark as Dispatched
