I have no idea my account is restricted mc011. how can I resolve this concern

Hi

You are on the Uk boards but registered in Sri lanka.   Log out and then log back into your home site or Ebay.com and ask on their boards or try and contact Ebay CS.

This is what google says....MC011 is a type of Trust & Safety restriction. This usually means you have an issue with the item(s) you are selling, or there have been complaints about your selling practices. Those are the top two triggers, but it can also be other metrics such as excessive return rates, cases, and the like

You have already had one negative fedback and this may well be causing you problems.

However a seller rating of 50% has something to do with it.
