Hi,   I have been running my Motorcycle Parts Store in the UK on ebay since 2018.   We sell to our UK and International customers but I would like to know  if I am able to list products for International customers and exclude UK customers trying to purchase the products.   I am under the impression from customer support that I would have to create duplicate listings for UK customers which include 20% vat and 0% vat for International customers but I am concerned that I am unable to stop UK customers purchasing the International listings at 0% vat.   Any help would be appreciated.   Kind regards Steve ... I have an item to sell, the trouble is that I have a house in England and also in Florida, all my details and here in England and we often buy items but I have tried to list this item and when I go to list it asked for my social security number which as I am English I don't have this leaves me with 2 options one is to chat to ebay which it dosent except and the other is phone but it wants an American number. So the long and the short is that I can't speak to Ebay usa or England and as there are no telephone numbers I have no idea how I list this item. Why am I being charged VAT by ebay for used items I've sold at half the price I paid when new? This also includes the cost of postage that I pay VAT on when paying Royal Mail, myhermes etc. Bloody scandelous, I'm in the UK, I've sold in the UK, already paid VAT on the goods in the UK. Hello as you can see in the picture. The customer's item has left and I allegedly see that it is also at his address. The customer does not respond to my calls. He does not intend to communicate and is not interested in expressing himself if he keeps the item or sends it to the address I gave him. The point is, Ebay will automatically refund him without my knowledge, and I'll lose both the item and the money. I have had an item sent used today but described as new.i have put in a request for return .has finally been accepted after much arguing.the seller is trying to accuse me of using it myself to either get it for free or discounted.which is not the case at all. Then the seller has refunded me and refused to send me a returns label.i have said to the seller ebay has emailed saying to wait for a label from the seller..seller replied nope! Heres my address I have refunded you.i really don't want to post back at my cost also she could say ive not posted it back?
