Hi I have sold an item awhile ago - no problem with the sale etc . However the person has decided to sell it on and I have noticed they are using my old photos - can the do that ?
Very poor practice, it is far better to add seller's own pictures but it is allowed. Chances are it will not sell, as to make a profit the seller needs a hefty margin just to cover ebay fees.
