Refused return label

I have had an item sent used today but described as new.i have put in a request for return .has finally been accepted after much arguing.the seller is trying to accuse me of using it myself to either get it for free or discounted.which is not the case at all. Then the seller has refunded me and refused to send me a returns label.i have said to the seller ebay has emailed saying to wait for a label from the seller..seller replied nope! Heres my address I have refunded you.i really don't want to post back at my cost also she could say ive not posted it back? Which is what I think she is trying to do.yet ebay has said return within 2 days the same way seller sent.please could I ask for advice..thankyou

Seller has foolishly refunded and that would be viewed by ebay as not wanting the item back.

If you opened a Not As Described case, you could escalate and force a reply paid label to be sent, but you have your refund and unless seller pays for return postage you do not need to return.

If you are sure you have been refunded then you do not have to return unless the seller sends a pre paid label

If you  opened a not as described dispute then she would have had to send one.

That is ebay policy for not as described

Just tell her you will not return unless she sends a label

Makes not difference whether she says you have sent it back or not as long as you have your refund then as far as ebay are concerned the matter is over

No label no return
