Is it acceptable to offer bribes to remove negative feedback? Hi Guys,   I sold some marbles to a guy in Switzerland from here in the UK. I don't have any restrictions on Europe etc, yet it won't let him pay for them. As it says that I don't deliver to his country. I enabled GSP yesterday around this time, but can't seem to find it in my gerenals listings/Menus. I'm very new to selling overseas, but have no problem selling within UK. Any help is much appreciated. Also I need to cancel an Ebay Shipping Label and get a refund. I received an email from ebay today warning me that I have been an abusive buyer but not giving any details about the transaction but further details: What is the policy - Buyer’s can’t misuse eBay’s return process. The following actions are not allowed: -- Returning an item other than the original item received -- Using or damaging an item and then returning it -- Making false claims, such as: --- Returning an item with the reason that it wasn’t as described when it was described accurately --- Saying an item wasn’t received when it was delivered.   I have never done any of the above.  I want to contact ebay to find out more about this but see no way to speak to a person.
