Hi all. I ordered two pairs of Birkenstocks from the same seller and received a notification that they had been delivered, by Hermes, to my "safe place" (I do not have, and have never told Hermes that I have, a "safe place"). When I entered the tracking number given by the seller into Hermes' website, a message came up saying my postcode did not match the tracking number. I've contacted the seller three times to ask them to check with Hermes and check that they themselves sent to the correct address, but he is not responding. I requested a refund through ebay due to not receiving the item and, miraculously, the seller came out of hiding and provided ebay with the Hermes tracking number as "proof". Without the postcode matching I cannot look further into this with Hermes and the power lies with the seller to check but he is ignoring me! Please help, I'm at a complete loss, I have no idea what to do.
