For the second time recently we received an email from Packlink alleging underpayment due to an item being over weight. The first time, I paid as I thought I may have made a mistake. Now I know the weight for the second item was correct, as recorded, this is an attempt to extort extra fees.

No point in your post here though as not many will see it
Many of us on here would already say dont use packlink
Best to take your item to the POst office where they weigh it
or arrange a courier if you have to yourself
Packlink is a middleman
