Verified my bank details as requested from EBay and got an email to confirm all good to go on 26th May  sold an item which has now been dispatched, money still sat in eBay account saying I need to verify my bank details!!!!! Try to do this won't accept them??!! So this user mess selling an iPhone 12 Pro Max on eBay but on their description they wanted to be contacted by their number. So I did I thought since it’s on eBay everything is great so I contacted them we talked and they said they don’t wanna got though eBay because you guys require an 20 days for new sellers to get their money and they needed the money ASAP for a ps4. Since it’s eBay and I have always gotten my stuff. I hesitated my sent them $475 through zelle just so they get the money faster. I first sent them $225 then the rest after I received the tracking number which is 1Z05V0720374822216. And today my package came only to find out it was only a water bottle in it. I text both of his number and email. These are all of their contact info. I contacted them as soon as I received the package but they blocked me. There are many sky Q boxes available on eBay I thought I'd sell mine as I had brought it and am no longer a sky customer however eBay has cancelled my post saying I am encouraging sale off illegal activity yet there are so many active posts  I don't see what's illegal about selling these it doesn't say nothing about the legality off this item on sky website apart from them saying they own all sky Q boxes however any unpaid for wil be charged for( in which case legally they know belong to the bill payer who has right to dispose as he she wishes ... Can anyone please advise .  I purchased 5 hoodies from one seller . Total amount was £91. Only one hoodie arrived . After chasing the seller for weeks , they offered me a refund which I thought was for the 4 remaining hoodies. The seller only refunded £15.23 intially then £19.03. The seller then marks all items are partially refunded so I can't even open a case against him as there isn't even an option to do so. How do o go out getting the rest of my money back please?  ...
