Winning bid says someone hacked account, another account has won my item

As the title says, what, as a seller should I do?

Have they paid?  If the payment is safely through then post to the address that eBay / Paypal have sent to you.

If no payment has come through cancel the order after 4 days of non payment.

Block the member from returning.

Though,  if it is a hacked account,  it should be removed from eBay,  block just in case.
