I purchased an item, probably as a guest when brain fog descended and my password escaped, order acknowledged by e-bay but not shown in purchase history. The item has not arrived, the seller has ignored two messages, I cannot get passed the robot gatekeepers to report the problem and request a refund. Any ideas?
