Can anyone please advise .
I purchased 5 hoodies from one seller . Total amount was £91. Only one hoodie arrived . After chasing the seller for weeks , they offered me a refund which I thought was for the 4 remaining hoodies. The seller only refunded £15.23 intially then £19.03. The seller then marks all items are partially refunded so I can't even open a case against him as there isn't even an option to do so. How do o go out getting the rest of my money back please?
