I keep getting this message when trying to respond to a seller. I am not a prolific writer of messages so not sure what is happening - does anyone have a similar experience and how was it resolved, please? "You've exceeded the maximum number of messages you can send. Please wait 24 hours to send more messages."

Today I received mail that contained 2 pamphlet. When I ordered them the mail cost was £2.95 for each but I received both in same mailed envelope and cost for both was £3.05. So I paid £2.85 pounds to much. Supplier did not post separate and has not refunded difference. Why did this happen and how can I get a refund for the difference. Neil

Hi I have tried to retract a bid as the seller has changed the description since I placed my bid. I have tried using the ebay link and although it says I have more than 12 hours and so can retract the bid, when I click "Submit" it brings up an "Internal error message" and won't allow me to continue. I have tried contacting Ebay, but all that happens is I'm sent on a loop with no way of sending them any type of message. Can anyone please advise as my only other option is not to pay and I do not want to get a negative mark against me. I have contacted the seller, but not sure if they can do anything their end. Thanks for any help.

I purchased The Sims 4 with expansions and DLCs back in January. I had a few issues with logging into the original account provided, which were promptly sorted by the seller. I was provided with new login details and have had no problems with logging into this new account until today. I tried logging on to this account multiple times today and it says that both the email and password were incorrect. I tried contacting the seller to try and rectify this, just to find the listing has been taken down and I can't contact the seller. What can I do?

A member of ebay UK for many years, I seem to have been (unknowingly) registered on ebay.com which means, when I try to list an item for sale, I now get sent to ebay.com to enter a US social security number - which of course I don't have - and can't complete listing. How can I stop this? I have logged-out, re-logged on .co.uk, I've cleared all cache and cookies and I've also tried logging in via a Chrome browser rather than my usual Internet Explorer, but I still get bumped over to the .com site. Thanks

i bought an item that does not do what it states. I requested a refund which was granted and I am waiting for a label to post the item back. I have trawled through my junk mail and cannot find any ebay message supplying me with a label. I am stuck with an item that I do not want, a refund granted, and no way to get it because I have no label to return it. I am sick and tired of going round in circles on the help pages and getting nowhere. I have tried ringing ebay and all that you get is the usual try this and that . Can anybody help

My husband is getting numerous returns from different buyers to our address.. He doesn't even have an ebay account!!!!!!!! . These are cheap looking clothes. How can we stop them. At present we are refusing them off royal mail and returning to sender.

I purchased strip light about about 5 month ago and the plug exploded and cracked all my plug socket and cut out my electric and it's not letting me report the item I've contacted the seller as eBay does not have a contact number to phone them on

Hi Can anyone advise me please. I accidentally deleted one of my purchases from my purchase history in the app. Does anyone have any idea how I can reinstate a deleted purchase. I have read some older comments regarding this, but the ebay view layout has changed so much that some of the information relating to this subject has become redundant. I am using an iPad - iOS 14 I want to reinstate it because there is an issue with a non delivery. Thanks in advance.
