i bought an item that does not do what it states. I requested a refund which was granted and I am waiting for a label to post the item back. I have trawled through my junk mail and cannot find any ebay message supplying me with a label. I am stuck with an item that I do not want, a refund granted, and no way to get it because I have no label to return it. I am sick and tired of going round in circles on the help pages and getting nowhere. I have tried ringing ebay and all that you get is the usual try this and that .
Can anybody help
