Can't message seller!

I purchased The Sims 4 with expansions and DLCs back in January. I had a few issues with logging into the original account provided, which were promptly sorted by the seller. I was provided with new login details and have had no problems with logging into this new account until today.

 

I tried logging on to this account multiple times today and it says that both the email and password were incorrect. I tried contacting the seller to try and rectify this, just to find the listing has been taken down and I can't contact the seller.

 

What can I do?

If you go to the seller's feedback profile page there's a 'contact member' text link top right of it, but it's unlikely that the seller will respond.

 

There's nothing you can do via eBay, you're way past their eBay Money Back Guarantee time period (30 days).

 

If both the email and password are coming up as incorrect, could they have been changed? Did the seller know the log in details?

 

What happens if you click on the 'forgot password' link, does that get sent to an email address that isn't yours?
