Today I received mail that contained 2 pamphlet. When I ordered them the mail cost was £2.95 for each but I received both in same mailed envelope and cost for both was £3.05. So I paid £2.85 pounds to much. Supplier did not post separate and has not refunded difference. Why did this happen and how can I get a refund for the difference.

The seller should have sent in two seperate envelopes but many don't
There is no dispute for postage
You paid what was on the listings
As a seller I would always combine postage if possible but many dont.
You do have to take into consideration the seller will pay not only the postage
but also the time to take to the post and ebay fees of 12.8% on the postage.
When you buy you take into consideration the whole price
If you want combined postage then you ask before you buy
Did you ask before buying if seller will combine P&P, they don't have to.
Ebay don't get involved with postage disputes.
You can leave appropiate feedback, but if you mention lack of combined P&P, seller can get it removed.
It works both ways, I have refunded buyers if they paid for both items, but not always received a Thank you back.
